PRIMARY CLASSES:

Students can choose one selection from the following offerings:

RECORDING & EDITING AT HOME
Learn the basics needed to record, edit and produce recordings at home - on a home budget!  Using common, inexpensive software, basic computers and good ears (!), students will do several projects throughout the week, including a basic video project.
Each participant should bring between 10-20 CDR's.

FUNDAMENTAL AESTHETICS FOR YOUNG MUSICIANS
The purpose of this course is to help young musicians make sound artistic judgements in the music they perform, and to increase understanding and sensitivity for hearing and interpreting musical selections.
Each participant should have a few "performance ready" pieces to perform for the class.

ARRANGING AND COMPOSING WORKSHOP
This workshop is designed to help those students who have an interest in composing and arranging, specific to the solo guitar or guitar ensemble. Each participant should arrive with a few of their own arrangments and/or compositions, which will be shared with the class.
SECONDARY CLASSES:

Each participant should select from one of the following "introductory" level classes:

- BEGINNING ROCK GUITAR
- AMERICAN FINGERSTYLE GUITAR
- CHORD CHEMISTRY
Garrett puts in that little extra work that takes one to the top!
"I'm particularly impressed with (my son's) revitalized love for playing guitar.  He came back from camp a better and more enthusiastic guitarist."
-
